ART 8.336.000 SYMBOLIC NUMBERING MACHINE GR 02 HYDRAULIC

The machine has been designed to make imprints for symbolic numbering on the cutting edge or the entire width of the pre-heated steel. The hydraulic action affords the machine extremely high operating frequency and sufficient force to shape everyday steel bands as well as heavy-duty or forged steels. The machine tools designed by STERN are shaped to make very deep imprints, while preventing breakage and excessive reduction of the cutting edge. STERN tools are built in various shapes and sizes, either standard measures or especially designed to customer specifications, and are designed with very limited tolerances. STERN uses only the highest quality materials and what´s more, it has designed and perfected a series of heat treatments that improve and extend the operating life even longer. Tool replacement does not require the use of special spanners. Simply pull them out and then slide the replacement part back into the slot. The depth of the imprint can be adjusted by using the graduated knob placed on the rear of the unit.
